Hi! I’m Lisa Pearce.
Vintage curator. Shop owner. Treasure hunter.
I’m a country girl at heart. I grew up in a sleepy New Hampshire town. My childhood fun was raising and showing sheep in the 4-H Club. I never could have imagined how my relationship with those sheep would transform. Rug Lords is a reflection of my passion and sense of humor through vintage rugs.
I’ve been in the furniture and antique business for over a decade. Over the years, the need for high quality, vintage Turkish rugs at accessible prices became apparent to me while working at South End Exchange. I’ve been here most days for the past eleven years. Five years ago I started managing. A year ago I became the owner.
Since 2017, I have been obsessively sourcing these beautiful and timeless rugs. Building relationships with multiple Turkish rug vendors makes it possible for me to find the best around. Hand selecting all of my products to meet today’s design styles and colors is one of my greatest passions.
